Welcome
to TeeTalk
where you can read my stories
from Tokyo, Japan. In fact this site was discontinued since March
2001, after I came back to Thailand. However, since
X'mas 2003 I decided to put all the site up again. Hopefully that
you'd find something interesting here. Thanks for your visit. (=^.^=)
Friday, April 2, 2004 at 07:00 JST TOYAMA - If you've ever read the Japanese comic "Doraemon" about a robot cat that's always pulling gadgets out of his pocket, you may have wondered just how many gizmos the futuristic feline has.
The answer is 1,963, according to Yasuyuki Yokoyama, a professor of education at Toyama University. Yokoyama recently announced he collected all 1,344 Doraemon comics written by cartoonist Fujiko F Fujio (1933-1996) and counted all the devices that appeared. (Kyodo News)
:: fuji mountain, japan - i think, photographer unknown :: got this nice photo from my friend, PAO. when i first saw it, i just wonder that it's so wonderful that there's such a beautiful thing occuring everyday in life, yet too sad that we have no idea about it. hope you like this amazing view and Happy Valentine's to all who have love, be loved or love. urayamashii noni..... :-)
yesterday, i had a chance to see The Last Samurai. the movie is quite good.
4 seasons change and Tom Cruise turning from a hired american military to come to respect of the tradition of the warriors, Samurai. i really like the main japanese character:: Katsumoto performed by : Ken Watanabe and the way he forms a give-and-take relationship with Tom. he's very cool i think :-)
although, i was a bit disturbed by the romance between Tom Cruise and Taka: Koyuki, hollywood is still hollywood. it almost ruins the whole concept of Samurai, at the ending of the movie, though it's not clearly said that it ends that way....
went to serm-mit tower to see a movie at japanese foundation. the movie is :: sumo do, sumo don't 「シコふんじゃった」 i think the movie is quite old, maybe around year 1991 or 1992, but enjoyable and charming. so sleepy now ~ good night
at last, i have finished uploading all the old files from teetalk year2000..... oh~ it took so long time...but while doing so, i felt that, at least, i'm so lucky in many ways for having done this site..... also i'm glad that i decided to bring all the messages back here again.... it somehow warms my heart na, reading about my laziness, my eating or late night sleeping habits, and all trips here and there in japan... :-) thanks for every friend who has cherished my good memories.... i am so glad i know you..
last night i couldn't sleep. turned on a tv and saw a movie about this woman, named samantha burger. she's working as bartender and picking up her skills in a stage talking performance.
she falls in love with a guy who works as a referee for the talented actress. ---- well, got to go outside now. will continue this later na.
IT's 22:40 now, so let's continue.... she falls in love with a guy who works as a referee for the talented actress. but he seems to be interested in another girl, with one good quality which is her beauty.
hence, it's only a one-sided love affair, as she realizes herself well that no guy would be interested in her, considered her overweighted condition. eventhough she is so kind, nice and helpful to everyone around her... she knows that it's hard for a guy to look thru her appearance and see her real value inside.
anyway, a movie is still a movie... in the end, they finally fall in love. hehe... too fast conclusion:: but i am really sleepy now. sorry.
ALSO:: today in the evening i met my old friends from sasin, at the emporium. pao, has taken her winter leave and visit thailand again, before she would return to london on jan 10.
yai, happily works and stays with his beautiful wife :-) and his daughter.
jum, enjoys her role teaching taxation to her students at rangsit university and in preparation for her CPA.
woody, it's been years since we last met, he's now a credit manager at DBS bank and still be a temple goer. mon mon, happily married, a mother of one boy and girl. her daugther is now only 1.2 years, having a very cute smile. poke, still enjoys working around the clock and hopes to finish his ph.d before october this year... try your best na poke na.....we all are worried about you.... ok?
if i die tonight, who would be sorry for me? my family? my friends? fact is i just cannot do or change anything if i really die. so now as i am still alive, i hope i can do something in return for the persons who love me. thank you if i never thank you ::
and if i die tonight, how long will my family, my friends think of me? fact is they would not always think of me but they would really think about me sometimes. life goes on and everyone has to move on. i am not the guy who moves the world. i just live my part, coming and going as well as all the others.
also, writing about dying is a bit strange. but don't worry. i don't wish to die soon my dear friends :-) my life now is still ok. just only a thought of how life would be if one day we disappear.... will we be like a falling leaf or the blowing wind? everything in life has its moment. so live it ne. :-)
in life, if you did something wrong, and there's a person telling you what is wrong about it... be grateful, 'coz that means you have a chance to correct your mistake and avoid such thing to happen again in the future.
PS:: today i did accomplish what i wanted to do... 1. having sushi 2. had a nice cup of coffee
3. no yakiniku in the evening but the first 2 is already good enough for today. 4. surprisingly, having heard from p'pued about my old friend, who seems to live happily in japan.... and that's a good news in itself already....
it's been a while that i am longing for sushi, cake and a nice cup of coffee....so i think this will be my PLAN for tomorrow:: going outside finding some nice sushi shop for lunch... yakiniku for the evening?
well, well, eating disorder kana? anyway, look like i still have room to go, as i lost 5 kg. during the past 2 weeks...
for new year day, my niece said i look too sad in the photo, so i took my photo out and add the blessing monkey over here. hope that it helps cheer you day up na~ :-)
Japanese were overjoyed Saturday at the birth of a girl to Crown Prince Naruhito and Crown Princess Masako.
Princess Masako, 37, gave birth to her first child at 2:43 p.m., according to the Imperial Household Agency. The girl is the third grandchild for Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko. Prince Akishino and his wife Princess Kiko have two daughters 。ヲ10-year-old Mako and 6-year-old Kako. (Kyodo News)
i baked a bread today. surprisingly, it tastes much better than i thought. anyway, i suspect that this is because of the taste of the pork that i stuffed inside the bread. :-) and one conclusion that i get is baking is lot easier than cooking... what do you think?
thank you very much for taking your time to visit my site all this year. now, it`s time that i will leave japan and go back to thailand.

today, since i had a chance to see the first sakura of this year at ueno. as always, i bring you the photo from the place. hope you enjoy seeing it.
though i`m not sure if i will continue doing this site when i go back to thailand, i hope good memories will always be there with you.
arigatou & sayonara tee (=^.^=) MAY 27, 2001
song:: sayonara daisukina hito -hana&hana ah, i am so sad.... :-( anyway, see you soon and be smiling always :-)
oh...i just watched 5 o`clock news today, very early, right? hehe i am not sleeping yet..
the news just reported that there is SAKURA blooming already in yokohama area. however, i don`t understand due to my poor language skill, which part of yokohama that have it...
but one of my wish before i leave here is to see sakura again, hopefully that it will bloom soon in tokyo area as well. byebye
