Welcome
to TeeTalk
where you can read my stories
from Tokyo, Japan. In fact this site was discontinued since March
2001, after I came back to Thailand. However, since
X'mas 2003 I decided to put all the site up again. Hopefully that
you'd find something interesting here. Thanks for your visit. (=^.^=)
Hi... this is the last day of the year 2000 and tomorrow, it will be the first of next millenium.... well, upto now i still have no plan about what to do today...but will be glad to hear from you guys :-) and no matter what you do, i hope you all have a happy time today, and of course, Happy New Year 2001 to you and my family in thailand as well... 。。 よいお年を~ happy new year 2001...
Um, quite a quiet night for me..... still at 23:00 i was lying in bed watching tv....
On the tv today, they have a red and white singing contest at the nhk channel. Oh, now there is SMAP singing Lion Heart, i should take the guys` photo... by the way, for those who might want to know, this year the red team, a girl team won the contest. yeah! :-)
at 23:41, i ate soba. japanese customs believe that eating soba on the last day of the year would bring you a good new year......much the same thought as chinese`s that soba noodle represents a long and prosperity.....
He, Keisuke Kuwata, is the guy who sings Tsunami... a song that is still so popular in japan now since the last last christmas < Year 1998 till now Year 2000> If my japanese is ok, it is said that this song is well received and get its popularity pass over the famous cartoon ` DORAEMON`s song` already. anyway, please help correct me if i am wrong on this... :-)
dear friends, eventhough christmas was over, you can visit TOKYO & YOKOHAMA X'mas Illuminationto see various light decoration in tokyo and yokohama areas. they are beautiful..... ::tee
dear friends, wow, right now on tv, there is E.T. showing... it`s been long time since i first saw this movie. better go and watch it now...
sorry for my very slow update.... i have been sick for almost two weeks now... the flu just comes and goes.... anyone got a nice medicine out there? well, you don`t have to send it... just your best wish will be appreciated...
dear friends, eventhough it`s christmas today, i still don`t have any time to go out and take a photo from tokyo street for you... however, odd enough i just found these two pics from famixone web, displaying a street decoration in thailand... i think it is very nice....
To celebrate the millennium Japanese style, you can pick up some oversized Rainbow Pocky (JY1000) from your local convenient store. The giant chocolate wands will only be available until January 3 so grab some as stocking stuffing before it's too late.
well, i just got its photo not the real one yet... will do so if possible and surely tell you guys later how it tastes...
dear friends, today while i searched the web, guess whose photo i found? Col. Harlan Sanders... you may see his sculpture in front of KFC many times but how often you really see him in reality..
dear friends, finally, after 11 times on air, the Yamatonadeshiko :: site in japanese, a Fuji Television Network drama has come to a romantic ending.
Yamatonadeshiko is a story of Sakurako, a female air attendant who is in search of what is important for her life.
is it a marriage with a wealthy man that will bring her a happy future or should she follow what her heart is telling her?
though it is quite a soap opera typed, i really like this drama. (=^.^=) in fact, i believe that not only me who was eagerly waiting to see how this drama would end.(=^.^=) many of my friends and people here would also be wishing that she would make a right choice....and be with the one she loves.
not only that the drama gains its high popularity, but its title song, Everything :: by Misia, also can be heard everywhere in japan now... it lists number one on the top single chart and has got quite sweet melody...
wanna listen to it? check out this site::Everything
